Stop the favoritism. Put the customer first by focusing more on quality and less on numbers. Treat employees like people, some are always doing the same thing day after day and are not rotated. Listen to employees concerns and actually follow through on them.

quit taking away every perk production had.I.E free flavored coffee, gift cards for birthdays, Thanksgiving , holiday dinner in the cafateria, donuts on Sat O.T. an ocasional cookout in the summer, you cut down our bonus and made our rates unatainable ewe have had no raises for 2 years.

Pension! its not a thing that companies do anymore. I live local to the office and don't ever see myself leaving Medea. Having a pension at the end of my working life is an amazing feeling.

The CEO mentioned "merit base" but this is clearly not the case as far as I know. CPI (or otherwise % was across board) and clearly in direct contrast to the CEO's feedback. It is not so much being "undervalued" as much as the inconsistencies of additional tasks/responsibilities for some.

Retention of employees needs to be reviewed for improvements including promotions and benefit options. Other companies are now offering 4-5 weeks standard PTO time, cheaper insurance, and other options that Medela doesn't offer.

My team's culture is amazing. I have fun with my team members while working. There is a real commitment to work/life balance. I live local and since I've been at Medela I've been the happiest I've been in years. I enjoy coming to work everyday.

Management seems to only care about numbers. Its frustrating as an employee that they don't seem to care about quality. They push and push people to get the numbers they need. We have to work OT because so many people got fired or quit because of poor management.

I would like to see more communication from the Executive team personally. I like when they come and visit production to see us and tell us how things are going within the company. I fell like we are excluded from the workings of Medela when we are important. Without product there is no company.

I feel production can tend to be invisible. and 2'nd shift more so and Elgin even more. we need to be more involved in the setting up of line placement, and the flow of the work area. we are being crammed together and its very claustrophobic sometimes.
