I have only been with my company for a short period of time. When I left my last company after 13 years, I thought I'd never find another work environment I enjoyed as much as that one. From day one at Medela I have felt at home. I can truly say I love my job and the company I work for.

I love working for this company. When friends and family ask me how its going I always respond with a smile and tell them I honestly love where I am.

Better than I could have hoped. Not once have I felt discouraged or overwhelmed. The expectations placed on me as an employee are fair and reasonable. My goals are obtainable, and I see a very long future here at Medela.

They are personable and approachable. Everyone is working for the same company and every employee is treated with respect from what I have seen and experienced.

The company really seems to care about their employees. It's not just words typed out to check a box. It's clear in the actions from leadership to HR.

Medela is very welcoming. The very first day I started working here I felt like I belonged. The culture I have experienced here at Medela is what every company should strive for.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
besides the healthcare and zero program, working for a company that offers a pension is unheard of in 2023. I can tell that Medela really cares about their employees and treats them well.

Pension! its not a thing that companies do anymore. I live local to the office and don't ever see myself leaving Medea. Having a pension at the end of my working life is an amazing feeling.

Every single person I've interacted with at Medela has been beyond friendly. The people I work with are a joy to be around. I don't have the "Sunday scaries" because I enjoy every person I work with.

I was accepted from day one. My immediate team as well as my extended team are all very friendly. I feel like i am part of a little family that cares about each other on a personal level.

My experience with the leadership team at Medela is that they embody the culture that Medela is trying to achieve. They make this company feel like you are working with family. They treat everyone with respect, regardless of position.

The pension plan is something that is unheard of in the US these days. Knowing that if I do my part for Medela and work towards our goals, when the time comes for me to retire, Medela will be there to support me.

People seem to really care about what they are doing and know that their work makes an impact. This brings a collaborate environment where you can ask questions without fear of being viewed as negative. Everyone has the same goal in mind. It's refreshing.

Leadership is engaging and friendly. They show a clear passion for patients and the people they work with. In my short time with the company when you hear "welcome to the Medela family" you feel it. Its a family atmosphere and that starts with leadership.

My team's culture is amazing. I have fun with my team members while working. There is a real commitment to work/life balance. I live local and since I've been at Medela I've been the happiest I've been in years. I enjoy coming to work everyday.

We enjoy seeing each other each day. I've only been with Medela for a short period of time and I was treated like family from day one. I look forward to seeing everyone each day. it makes coming into the office very enjoyable when you like the people around you.

besides the team members i work with, I live locally. it's a short drive to work so I have a great hybrid split between working in the office and working from home. It allows me to do my job but also be a parent to my kids by taking them to every activity they have.

I'm in a role that I enjoy. It fits my strengths and I'm fully supported by my team. I have a passion for people and Healthcare. Working in the Healthcare space allows me to have pride in what I'm doing. I know that what I do matters and in one way or another impacts someone's life for the better.
