What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication, Efficiency and understanding a persons role when over performing. The pandemic is a great example MAUS, has performed above expectations however we are suppressed by no additional head count & a salary freeze. Unfair for us who are working 50+ hours a week and no overtime $$ added.

MAUS has grown in it's customer base, with this brings more work, more responsibilities all to be performed with the same amount of staff & salary? A full review of each individual in comparison to work load that once was, compared to current is required to determine the value of each employee.

There is a lot of frustration within the employees that, even though we work a lot and we do a lot to improve our working style and processes, in the end we are still repeating the same mistakes and not really moving forward.
