The cost of living in our area is very high and currently I do not receive a wage that meets that.

Pay should be similar to other medical device sales organizations

Right now for the same position the bonus is different and the starting salary too. I understand someone who is in this position for 5 years as example is having a higher salary but the starting point should be the same.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Micromanagement of staff and blocking sales due to perceived compliance issues. The compliance issues are enforced when it suits the person to block sales and it difficult for some sales people to operate. Finance should not be allowed to dictate if orders can be processed.
