Medela overall has been a positive experience but the past few years have come with some instability, making the day-to-day turbulent. Significant changes have been made the past few years and I'm hopeful the outcome will lead to improvements and stability.

Positive but I'd like to receive more paid vacation days a year (22 is on the low end for Switzerland in my experience) as well as the salary raise I deserve. Continuation of the mobile work policy is a strong way to retain me as an employee.

The lack of pay raises over the past several years and the bonus reduction in the past year was difficult. I hope as covid times lift and maintaining employees becomes more competitive we will see pay increases come back.

My manager has already agreed that I am underpaid but due to the company-wide salary freeze, I am not able to receive a greater salary. I simply want the salary I deserve according to my role and experience. This would make me feel better about my compensation.
