understanding more of day to day processes and the sap problems, invoice problems, customers feelings, customers are very upset 6 months later with sap and still cant figure things out leadership team doesnt care or concern themselves because its under their pay grade.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The Medela Pension plan is outstanding.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better benefits such as gym membership or sports equipment. As well as the amount of work I am doing I feel that I deserve more then how I am getting paid right now.

with fully understading to limitation the company can have, in my opinion - based on the local banchmark - marit increase doesn't meet the expectation for most of the team for the second consecutive year

I feel undervalued because my controller/manager do not listen to my suggestions and opinions. Just doing as I am told without any negotiation room.

The market conditions are drawing talent away from Medela. The benefits package and salary are no longer retaining employees. I am playing a long term game with Medela, but the attraction of +$25,000 in salary is hard to ignore.

The corporate titles are not clear, neither if there is a hierarchical scheme; it is difficult to compare internally and/or externally and transparency is crucial. Regarding benefits, for instance we lack of incentives and or small helps like public transport abo, etc.

Communicate better and not pointing fingers that each other as in who is at fault. Everyone should be equal and work as a team.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
In my opinion it still lacks of processes and clear organization/structure which would avoid overlapping projects, missing alignment on objectives and targets, etc.
