I love working for a company that cares about Moms and babies, and good health overall. I also love all the research that is put into all the products, and proud to be a part of Medela.
I like the communication with all the departments
Smart, dependable, friendly, hard-working, good people
Team meetings, coworkers, and summer hours
Accomplishing lengthy goals and making my mgr happy
The quarterly meetings and communications
Medela keeps benefit costs to a minimum for employee's
increased annually based on performance
paid time off and benefits
Friendly, honest, hard working, attentive, attention to detail, etc.
Very honest and hard working
working in a team environment
They keep all the ee's informed on what's going on
Feeling like I made a difference each and every day
They are down to earth and treat everyone as an equal
We all work well together and always willing to help each other
When I can accomplish tasks that I have worked on for awhile.
When I am busy, and able to accomplish goals that are set
Not being micromanaged, and being acknowledged with a hello or good bye from mgmt
The company meetings to keep all employee's up to date on what is going on
The rates have not increased much in the 3 years that I have been with Medela
No one thinks they are better than anyone else and we all interact with each other very well.
I like knowing a lot of the ee's by name and just feel it's more personal that way.
Not a lot of standing around talking because people have jobs to get done, and truly care about the company.
When I am either able to help someone else out with something they need, or when I learn something new.
They do what they have to do in order to get the job done, and we all work very well together
There are very few companies that still offer pension to their employee's, so I really like the fact that Medela cares about my future too!!
All the benefits are good, but I especially like the 3 wks of PTO as well as the additional "Holidays" we were given this year
They care about what is or isn't working for the employee's, and the ongoing communication with all of us as to what is working, and what isn't. I work in a dept that doesn't always know any of that and it's interesting to know what is going on with sales and how products are being rated, or sold.
