I have been with the company for less than 2 years but really feel that everything they do they are thinking about what is in the best interest of the employee. Their tuition reimb program is very beneficial for any employee that wants to grow their future.

I love working for a company that cares about Moms and babies, and good health overall. I also love all the research that is put into all the products, and proud to be a part of Medela.

No one thinks they are better than anyone else and we all interact with each other very well.

I like knowing a lot of the ee's by name and just feel it's more personal that way.

Not a lot of standing around talking because people have jobs to get done, and truly care about the company.

When I am either able to help someone else out with something they need, or when I learn something new.

They do what they have to do in order to get the job done, and we all work very well together

There are very few companies that still offer pension to their employee's, so I really like the fact that Medela cares about my future too!!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
All the benefits are good, but I especially like the 3 wks of PTO as well as the additional "Holidays" we were given this year
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They care about what is or isn't working for the employee's, and the ongoing communication with all of us as to what is working, and what isn't. I work in a dept that doesn't always know any of that and it's interesting to know what is going on with sales and how products are being rated, or sold.
