The transparency and energy of the LT is amazing! They also go out of their way to thank and include all employees regarding the company's success.

They are truly invested in the employees and actually practice the transparency that they talk about. I have been at many other companies where the leadership claims to be transparent, but clearly are the opposite. It is soooo refreshing to see a leadership team that actually follows through!!!
