Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The customer service team has been let down repeatedly over the last several months. No communication or direction regarding supply issues, no training before new product launches, poor raises.

I feel that I am undercompensated considering the amount of responsibility I have and the specialized expertise it takes to be in my position. Many employees, myself included, are committed and driven because we are passionate about this business and helping families, but not compensated fairly.

I was getting paid more at my prior job, but to be honest I save more gas and less time driving and spend more time with my family ! It was worth it !

Customer service needs more support from it's management team. That team needs to accept responsibility for dropping the ball and make up for it.

1) need innovative products that appeal to today's mothers; function is good, but style has not kept up with the times 2) SAP is still not functioning well after 2+ years; there is too much manual intervention required, it is till much less efficient than our previous ERP. This is VERY STRESSFUL
