What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Accountability, communication, organization, being available when needed.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The team I work with. We are all so willing and ready to help each other, assisting in any way we can.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Customer service needs more support from it's management team. That team needs to accept responsibility for dropping the ball and make up for it.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The customer service team has been let down repeatedly over the last several months. No communication or direction regarding supply issues, no training before new product launches, poor raises.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Our perseverance during times where leadership is sorely lacking. Our ability to figure out how to help the customer with no guidance or assistance from management, despite the severe stress and effects it's having on our team.
