I have worked at several medical device companies both large and very small and Medela is the perfect balance. It is a fairly large company, but keeps a personal smaller company feel where everyone is important and has the opportunity to be recognized for their contributions.

They are open in sharing information about what his happing at the company to help keep us all connected. Additionally, the company vision and objectives are shared from the leadership down to make sure we are all working toward a common goal.
