One Digital: I worked at a carrier for over 20 years and this is my first position (and hopefully last) at a Brokers office. I can honestly say it was the best decision I ever made to leave the carrier to come work for OneDigital. As I stated before - I can just be my true self and a great job is rewarded!

One Digital: In a society where job tenure is shortening, it is common to have employees at OneDigital who work there for 5-10+ years. These are not worn down, undervalued, traditional types - these are happy, valued, experienced employees who also know the value of the company they work for.

Working your way up and promoting within is one of their main core value(s). Companies who promote based on performance earn my respect.
Postmates: so far so good i can work when i can and don't lose my job if i cant work.
Youfit Health Clubs: improving my sales / customer service skills and learning new management skills necessary for my own personal growth.
Coupa Software: The stock/RSU and ESPP incentive plan
MERKLE INC: It is a great company to work for, if you can get past the initial test. The employees are warm and friendly, so are the executives. The job falters when it comes to having to deal with irrate customers over the phone and the weird shifts (mine was from 1pm to 9pm- which was my entire day.)

PowerSchool Group LLC: They are constantly trying to make more money, and get more out of employees, without paying them more. It just doesn't work after a certain point.
NuCO2: The work isn't hard but the customers are difficult. But in defense of the customers that company does not set clear expectations are causes a lot of head-butting between the employees and the customers that we have to serve
Procore Technologies: Solid base salary but could use a bonus.
Houghton Mifflin Harcourt: This company helps me alot to develop as a person
Coupa Software: The team always works towards a goal and focuses more on resolutions rather than problems

Coupa Software: We're always told our compensation is "competitive". That is subjective and vague. Compared with the other tech companies in the region, we are below average. The cloud stock boom magnifies our compensation more than it should.
