I was hired in for my experience and knowledge, but you get put in a box and rarely allowed to make your ow decisions. This is common complaint with my peers. Its nowhere near a team/democracy if you are looking for one.

Pegasystems: Mixed bag, good and bad. Things that are extreme, like company's focus are also weaknesses (tunnel vision, listening to ourselves too much).

CSAA Insurance Group, a AAA Insurer: I like to work with AAA. I love the work environment and policies made by company.
SmileDirectClub: Promoted within the company after 3 months, continuous growth opportunities. Personally growth opportunities are endless as well.
Vertafore: They just insulted everyone with the raises and bonuses. Mine was 1% and not the lowest amount. It equates to 20 dollars a paycheck. We get 0 equity. They DO NOT care about their employees.
Vertafore: Compensation is below market value, benefits are expensive, and the bonus program includes many shifting goal posts.
Prime Therapeutics: It's hard to work in the healthcare industry. Aside from the CEO having a focus on winning new clients and he has less of an overall focus on improving the member experience, it's a great place to work.
CentiMark: Overall, I'm centimark thru and thru. But in this field you have to keep your Foreman and Hard workers, happy. Now this doesn't mean give them everything they ask for, but Pay them for the long hours and time away from their families. We work hard and some of Us don't take days off.
Pure Storage: Fast paced, work hard, play hard. Great people.

Element Fleet Management: I'm a new employee and excited about where Element is headed! I recognize there has been an incredible amount of change over the past year but it seems that current leadership is driving necessary change and has a strategic plan for Element's future.

RDI Corporation: Coworkers are great! Loving and caring. But higher leadership is there for the money. Leadership has watched their employees struggle and decide who they want to help. Ell well runs off who is in the popular crowd and who is over looked when coming to employees in need.

Hilton Garden Inn: I work hard each day to provide the best service to my customers however this is made difficult by other members of the team not pulling their share of the work
Lazard: It's good on paper- great name, decent salary and benefits, work/life balance is pretty good. However, the atmosphere is very stiff. There isn't much camaraderie or laughter, if any at all. It's a very cold environment, and it's hard to come in day in and day out without if affecting you.
CSS Industries: I enjoyed the work i was doing but when the load gets heavy, they expect you to work overtime and weekends to get it accomplished. When you ask for help, help is not available. That can be discouraging. Your co-workers can be pleasant to work with.
New Seasons Market: It's nice to work for a company that really takes its mission, vision and values to heart. New Seasons Market works hard to take care of its employees, be transparent and make sure customers are always walking away happy.
