Anritsu Company: Anritsu does truly respect a work-family balance and responsibilities. That can be hard to find as it's not just lip service.
Smartsheet: Overall Smartsheet is an excellent company with very driven and innovative leadership team. The communication is poor at best and you really need to seek an internal champion to accomplish anything meaningful. Additionally oversight and lack of acknowledgment on additional tasks.

Daktronics: Initially I really enjoyed my job and we were fully staffed. Then as positions opened up they did not fill the vacancy but still expected the same production. Our line has not been fully staffed in a very long time. After being injured on the job I was repeatedly harassed by my supervisor and HR.

Cato Corporation : It is slow sometimes but not too slow. All of my co workers are nice and helpful, especially my store manager. Almost all of the customers are nice and were very understanding when I first started working. The cash register training is very ineffective and one day of training is not enough.
