INTEGRITY: Overall company is great with a nice and positive culture. The company does feel fragmented due to far separated floors. This should improve with the new HQ. Within my department there is tension between managers and upper level managers. Managers find upper level managers incompetent.
MITRE: CEO is very challenging and the seismic shifts occurring at the same time of the pandemic is not awesome. More churn in staff then ever experienced.

Harry and David: Don't promise a product to be delivered by a certain date if they cannot fulfill that promise. Don't say it is out of their control when they don't mail it on time. The person should not have to pay any shipping if not delivered on time rather than just a discounted shipping.

First Advantage: If the company can expect the work volume, it would be nice. Sometimes, we are suddenly super busy with enourmous checks we receive and it continues for a while. If we receive a bonus after those periods, maybe we end up feeling okay, but we usually do not receive anything and we feel unsatisfied.

HubSpot: single execution of work - good. stakeholder reliability - average Company values - good Overall positioning and being valued as a BDR - bad 10 months on board, I like my customers and what I am doing in general but it is really hard to see future career opportunities as a BDR at HubSpot.
HubSpot: There is no talk about compensation. Personal issues are never took into account to justify bad productivity.
HubSpot: I have switched multiple companies recently because of burn out and overwatch. Either there was a lot of burn out or lots of overwatch. At Hubspot, I finally found a place where I feel comfortable to spend a longer career with lots of autonomy, ownership and trust. Use Good Judgment is lived here.

First Advantage: I like my job and management, but there are a lot of things to improve with other departments that they never seem to get better. I wish everyone was hold accountable for their actions, then we could work together and make FA a great place of work.
HubSpot: HubSpot is a great place to work but we are definitely going through some growing pains at the moment as we scale up and become a truly large enterprise company. There is a lack of middle management in Product which is a pain point and we have lost a lot of transparency recently.

HubSpot: It's been bad. Remote onboarding for leaders MUST be improved. Clarity on success and expectations must also be improved. Supporting leaders remotely must also be improved. I've never felt so untrusted, mischaracterized and targeted in a role before.
