RingCentral: Ringcentral is generous when it comes to incentives and engagements like raffle and gift certificates and their HMO which you have 2 free dependents. But the assisting wide type of calls is a big no.
Organon: There is definitly a fair amount of pressure on the workers, the work itself is mostly monotone but with extra tasks or responsibilities its managable. Overall impression regarding athmosphere is good.
Cellular Sales: Stop taking advantage of other peopl. Its so compettive that people will do hurtful and sick things just to make money. Stealing customers and holding customer items when we arent supposed to do that. Especially in a store with slow traffic
CDK Global: Pretty good. 100% recommended for everyone

Organon: Good. Except there is no flex way of working (fixed 40 hours week with each day 8 hours of working), this is less comfortable than all my previous experiences (3 companies)
Mister Car Wash: Poor management. They never really help outside unless corporate is there. Favoritism is definitely shown to people who have been there longer. Expect you to stand out in the sun all day and complain and talk behind your back to other Employees. Honestly, I don't recommend working there.

RingCentral: Working with RingCentral is great but I just hope that the work from home setup can be retain and no need to go on site since not all of us can afford to travel that long. We are still in pandemic, our government may have lifted the quarantines but we don't know what will happen in the near future.

VMLY&R: Every group is different. In my group there is a dhame culture for not being in the office 5 days a week. This has been since January. I can't take breaks, I eat at my desk. I only leave my desk for restroom breaks. It is also a culture of corporate fear. Be billeable or be gone. Mandated layoffs.
Organon: I feel so welcome and relaxed and safe. I can be myself and share my points of view and know that they will be listened too and valued. I am also very aligned to our vision and mission and it helps me bring my fire knowing I am helping the health of my fellow women.
Valet Living: Myself and several other employees don't get paid for the hours we worked. Our so called lead, will just clock you off when your still working. We've been promised bonuses but never got them.
Ticketmaster: Sold tickets via Ticketmaster back in November, have not received my refund and cannot get to a live person to assist me with my problem. Emails do not accomplish anything except getting dizzy from going in circles. No longer a loyal fan.
Organon: I am on Day 3 and so far so good. The technology works, people are friendly and I am already learning. My team mates are supportive and there is a clear sense of achieving common goals.
Dunkin': What I value most about Dunkin Donuts is the consistency, quality, professionalism, community-friendly, and the most convenient, and freshest coffee shop in town.
