Cricket Wireless: Terrible Customer service including supervisor. Needs to train professional people always gave wrong information on services charges and never want to correct the error. Never resolve a problem over a phone call they hang you up and never listen to the customers

Public Storage: Public storage has been the worst company I've ever dealt with. They lied to me after I got a unit from them after I lost all of my belongings in a house fire and I'm a mom of four with heart failure and no income and now they are trying to keep my belongings after I made my payment.

RingCentral: My overall experience is great. Team members collaborate and work well with each other. Manager is supportive. Leadership cares for employees well-being and work/ life balance (example: CaRing Day).

HSN: Keep better track of inventory. I placed my order and received expected delivery date. My order was canceled w/o customer service follow up. I had to contact HSN and find out that they were out of stock!! When I placed my order there wasn't a sellout risk notification! I'm very upset
RingCentral: I would it's great. I am happy with my compensation and benefits and our Engagement Team has been doing an excellent job. I am happy with my direct leaders, Khent and Joelle, who has been very supportive. What I do not like is how quick changes are happening and it makes me feel insecure about job.

DoorDash: I'm a DoorDasher and truly this job has a lot of pros, but one of the cons is that the people working at the corporate level make way more than us (the dashers) that are getting wet when it rains, cold when it's snowing, and hustling to deliver in a timely manner.

Pets at Home: Horrible. KPIs are impossible and constantly being raised. Management berates and insults colleagues instead of support them. Training is all online which means visual and physical learners can't actually learn anything from it. Whole company is just a giant mess focused on nothing but targets.

Management does nothing but insult and degrade colleagues which brings everybody's mood down for the day. Training is not up to par and its difficult for people who are physical learners to learn there.

The cost of living in Utah is just as high (or higher) than Las Vegas but the wages are un-conscionably and substantially lower. Thus they struggle to hire qualified employees.

Octapharma Plasma: Professionalism. Treating donors with courtesy and respect. A few staff members are phenomenal at their job but lack good people skills.
Fullbeauty Brands: The quality control of items is inconsistent. It makes it difficult to make one become a loyal customer. Items sewn from Pakistan or Bangladesh shrank from the length of 30" to 26", 26 1/2", and 28" in cotton tunics. So out of 12 tops (with various pricing) 3 were not returnable after 1 washing.

DoorDash: Firstly, as I read through the site regarding dashers, I find no talk of improvement on dasher conditions. Lets be honest, without us you have no company. As a top dasher I find it appalling these intelligent, college graduate engineers have not created a better system that benefits top dashers.

Ticketmaster: customer service is non existing...quick to take your money and then never speak to you again...ha ha ... change seats, rows and an entire stage without offering a refund.... so you don't get what you paid for.

San Diego is EXPENSIVE and the base pay begins apx $85k You make ONLY your base pay if you don’t deploy - so many employees have to work
ExamWorks: Seems to be a trend there now with most staff having a slight attitude in their approach. Sad as it stems from the top
Smart & Final: So far, not to bad. I have the best store manager that anyone could ever ask for.

Suddenlink Communications: Fixing their inadequate hardware and cable infrastructure and then charging users of the service for service tech repairs ($60 to replace their defective splitter) or telling customers to hire/pay electricians to replace Suddenlink coaxial cable ($866.45 charge). These are my bills for example.
