Senior Lifestyle: Lack of visible and approachable leadership. The quality of service vs the quality of care give residents is fundamentally and morally wrong. Please do not put anyone you care for in any facility managed by SLC.

Consilio: A complete mess. I don't think Consilio cares about anyone that came from Special Counsel. How can you let the best people go so easily and not even care? I wish Consilio had never bought Special Counsel.
First Advantage: I have been working with the company for more than 10 years in various QA initiatives and I enjoy my work as well. But in the same time I should see my growth in the career ladder within the company.
Consilio: Overall, I've been very happy to be a member of the Consilio family. No company is perfect, and neither are we, but the team here works really hard to be better every day. It's a great place to enter as a graduate with no experience or as someone who comes in with a lot experience.

Consilio: My prior company was acquired by Consilio and there was very little culture change between the two - which is good - the culture at the previous company was very positive as well. At times, he structure of the company can present roadblocks both those are easily overcome by discussions with others.
Consilio: Because of the rapid growth of the company, the ability to move between groups or see a path has become murky and a bit troublesome. I think everyone wants to do well and is putting their best foot forward, but the overall goals and organizational expectations are not quite aligned at this time.

RingCentral: the only thing i dont like here is that the VL request and approval is not easy. in our team, only one rep can file a leave on a friday and we cannot file a leave on monday and those are the dates most people need rest for. i think there should be more allocation.
