
Pay people their value. I was offered 20-30K below what I was in line to make at Special Counsel before the acquisition.
Special Counsel hasn't been integrated after 9 months. I don't know if it ever will be before everyone just decides to leave. This whole acquisition was a complete mistake.
20-30K raise. If this is supposed to be a company going towards an IPO Consilio should be interested in keeping talent. The offered rate for Special Counsel people is way below what we should be making.
We are all serious and like-minded about how to get the job done, as comes with working together for a long period of time. Keeping teams intact, especially those brought in through acquisitions, should be paramount. Consilio shouldn't just let leadership leave.
