I enjoy working for Consilio, with my team, and under my supervisor. The variety of work keeps things interesting and I always have the ability to tackle special projects that interest me.

Though I have felt some "growing pains" within the last year during integration, I feel the company continues to strive to make everyone feel Consilio is their "home" and remains flexible putting the employee in charge of their own productivity and schedule.

The overall experience has been positive but coming from an organization and managers that worked to elevate their employees, I do not feel there is much emphasis on growth or initiatives taken to retain talent with adequate compensation

The compensation has not been evaluated post-acquisitions and there are people in identical positions (same skills/tenure) with radically different rates of pay. While that gap may not be addressed overnight, it should be a working goal of the company,

There is quite a gap in pay for people doing the same jobs in our department. The gap was supposed to be addressed at integration and, though some compensation adjustments were made, they do not sufficiently close the gap.

While I love working for the company, a person in my position is being offered more to join other organizations. Taking a hard look at industry metrics and comparable salary ranges instead of relying on a 3% annual raise would make people feel valued.

After the acquisition of multiple companies, people took on larger roles and compensation was not addressed during those transitions. Now our roles are more broad, require more time, and are more complex with a larger organization yet pay has not changed and bonus structure has not been addressed.
