HubSpot: Transparency, vision, goals, planning for future, culture.
HubSpot: I've mostly had a great experience. Lately (in the last year or so) I've felt we've outgrown our resources where it's a lot harder to do my job.
HubSpot: Willing to openly discuss uncomfortable topics
RingCentral: It's fantastic journey I can say! It's not my first time to be in BPO but it's my first time to be a technical support and I am loving it!
HubSpot: I've loved HubSpot so far! I would highly recommend this job and company to anyone I care about. There will always be things to be improved; and what I love about HubSpot, is that everyone here (starting from our C-Suite) will turn those things into growth opportunities for us all.
HubSpot: I've enjoyed my entire experience so far. I feel that I am valued and challenged on a weekly basis, which is what I want!
HubSpot: I like working here. It offers great flexibility. The pay is laughable.
HubSpot: happy, fulfilled, and optimistic. Constantly learning and growing.
HubSpot: I have been here for ~10 months. In that time, I have had a new addition to my family and there was no issue with me taking the 16 paid weeks offered by HubSpot for family leave. I am trusted to get my job done and am managed at a macro level. I am very happy.
Cricket Wireless: SAME SERVICE FOR LOWER PRIACE
HubSpot: Hubspot has allowed me to grow my career in ways I never imagined. I am forever grateful and proud to be a part of this company
HubSpot: 401k + match and the HSA
HubSpot: Contributing to the success of my team and the company at large.
HubSpot: While being at HubSpot I've learned how to work smarter not harder. Overall I am less stressed and happier while at work and outside of work.
HubSpot: I appreciate the transparency and the willingness to acknowledge shortcomings while working towards improving the organization.
HubSpot: When I have a day off
HubSpot: A complete culture shift from my last employer and it's like I can breathe again
HubSpot: The best part is the pay transparency
HubSpot: Unlimited PTO which you are encouraged to use
HubSpot: Autonomous, interesting, frustrating at times, but valued.
HubSpot: earning commission makes me happy
HubSpot: Transparency; Long-Term Strategic Thinking; Empathy
HubSpot: They seem pretty transparent and committed to the culture
HubSpot: HubSpot is an incredible company and I am proud to work here. I've met some really solid friends.
Combined Insurance: Communication , personal agents meeting clients needs. Help with claims, the online system has potential, but not updated thoroughly.
HubSpot: This company has been excellent in so many ways, though as we've grown, company culture has changed, and advancement is very murky and IMO not very meritocratic. Overall, it's been a good, secure, evolving, and fun place to work with great people.,
HubSpot: positive experience with lots of growth. I see a future here
HubSpot: I really enjoy working at HubSpot. Something I've discussed recently is "what would it take for me to leave here." My manager is caring and emphasizes mental and physical health and makes it easy to take time off when wanted or needed.
HubSpot: I like how transparent they are when they make major decisions, and the process that they used to make the decisions. I also appreciate how they are often vulnerable during company meetings and AMAs since it helps them be more relatable.
HubSpot: Base salary. I think the bonus and RSUs should be more at the management level.
HubSpot: Very happy with HubSpot. Biggest recommendation is to implement corporate matching for fundraising as a benefit.
HubSpot: Transparency, empathy and trust in their employees
HubSpot: Compensation is very unequal across the company. Different teams make drastically different amounts of money, not based on skill or technical expertise, but for very similar jobs just based on which team they happen to be on
HubSpot: I love how they, and HubSpot in general, are so transparent.
HubSpot: I have really enjoyed my first six months at Hubspot! The work environment is excellent and I am looking forward to more.
HubSpot: The strong culture is the selling point here and is what gets people to stay
HubSpot: I've been here for many years. I've seen people leave and want to come back. Its clear we're a cut above most other companies.
HubSpot: Unlimited PTO and great parental leave
HubSpot: Accepting that everyone comes from a unique place in their life and not discounting people for the chances/opportunities people face.
HubSpot: The regular updates and transparency. The Ask Me Anything sessions.
HubSpot: it has been very cool!
Santander Consumer USA: Customer Service in the Branches. Especially when its closing time instead of saying no and trying to get you out of the branch look to help at any cause.
HubSpot: They all have HEART values
HubSpot: Everyone is willing to help, people are smart and creative, there is a great deal of trust and psychological safety.
RingCentral: I am happy with RingCentral
HubSpot: HubSpot is unique in a very good way. It has its challenges as do all companies, however it can be frustrating at how many of our challenges are self imposed. That said, new leadership is bringing new perspectives to take us to the next level.
HubSpot: Their empathy, their collaboration, and they make me laugh
HubSpot: Best company ever! i'm so lucky to be part of HS !
HubSpot: When people work together to solve common problems
HubSpot: love seeing the HubSpot values highlighted
HubSpot: It has been great! Best company culture, team and manager that I've worked with. I enjoy my role and also the opportunities to step outside my job to work on things like the DI&B team. I wish salaries were more competitive. Feels like Execs are saying if we want to make more we have to leave
HubSpot: I am amazed by the culture that HubSpot has created, and how they are continuously iterating to make it even better. They respond to feedback, they are transparent about their vision and priorities, and they truly care about their employees. I love working for a product that I believe in.
HubSpot: excellent health care benefits including mental health
HubSpot: They are authentic and incredibly smart.
HubSpot: I have been with HubSpot for a few years at this point. Hands down, this is the best company I have ever been a part of and probably one of the best companies out there in the world. Just a phenomenal place overall with the culture, the people, the product, excitement all around. Fantastic place.
HubSpot: A challenging, yet welcoming environment. Fast-paced enough not to get bored and the opportunity to learn is endless.
HubSpot: Overall, the culture makes working at Hubspot great. My team is full of wonderful people and it's easy to work with everyone. On a negative note, the startup mentality is still rewarded and it's harder to create standarization of processes or strategic operations because they tend to lake longer.
HubSpot: since starting a couple of months ago, it has been a whirlwind of learning and meeting new coworkers/customers, but it is exciting
RingCentral: Happy to be here. I feel valued and my voice matters
HubSpot: I appreciate the transparency around salary but based on research of similar roles at other companies HubSpot's compensation is not competitive.
HubSpot: The benefits and autonomy are great.
HubSpot: My experience has been mostly positive. I feel like I'm given the resources I need to do my work, and that the people I work with are great colleagues. Every company has room for growth and in POPs we need to grow in our team culture, particularly around power/privilege dynamics.
HubSpot: Hubspot is an amazing company to work for, I'm privileged to be a part of a community that is hardworking and always searching for top solutions for our clients.
HubSpot: Positive, exciting, and fun place to work.
HubSpot: I have worked at HubSpot for over 4 years and held two different roles. I enjoy the emphasis put on long-term career growth and development as well as succeeding in our current roles. I am constantly grateful to feel that I have respect and autonomy from colleagues, managers, and leadership.
HubSpot: Transparency and commitment to our people
HubSpot: Lots of opportunity for advancement. My experience has been up and down, depending on current manager (I've had 4 so far). I am EMEA-based but work exclusively with US-based colleagues. This is hard and I'm quite tired at this point.
HubSpot: I feel a part of a humane company, that actually cares about me as an employee, that motivates me to use my voice, one where I want to stay in and grow my career in.
HubSpot: The people at HubSpot are really fantastic. In general, everyone is very welcoming, offering to answer questions and collaborate with you. The benefits are for the most part good, and I feel that my work life balance is not only important to me, but important to the whole team.
HubSpot: Full and complete honesty and transparency
HubSpot: I get to see and do great work, I feel psychologically safe to be myself and have open and honest conversations. There is always a new challenge to explore and grow my career and they care about us as humans! We are not just worker bees to this company and I love that so much.
HubSpot: I can safely say that working at HubSpot has been the most healthy, fun, and challenging work experience I've ever had.
HubSpot: Amazing! So happy I joined
HubSpot: Offer came in at exact bottom of range of that I indicated I'd accept, then shortly afterward pay bands were increased. A bit frustrating because it felt like an opportunity to least move toward the middle of the range I had provided, but was left at same pay which is now close to bottom of band.
HubSpot: Great culture, great team, great product. Overall very satisfied with the work I do and the opportunity I have. I would nevertheless like to grow faster in my role so I can be more challenged and motivated out of my comfort zone
HubSpot: I have learned a lot and grown a lot. I've been challenged and encouraged to solve problems on my own, though I know that I have support if I need it.
HubSpot: the stock options are a nice win
HubSpot: Probably the best company I've worked at!
HubSpot: Overall, it has been great. Despite the pay and sometimes the feeling of not being as important as other departments. It has brought me friends for a lifetime and I am able to connect and network!
LexisNexis Risk Solutions: I´m having a good opportunity to develop new skills
HubSpot: fist 1 1/2 year was amazing but as time grew on I saw vast differences in treatment of workers from org-org and noticed ~3 year mark many were leaving for other companies for better pay. I love this company and intend to stay but being known for constantly paying below bar is a hard pill to swallow
HubSpot: I like the company as a whole, but I'm not as happy as I thought I would be. A lot depends on your manager and your team.
HubSpot: They care about retention of employees, and making everyone feel welcome and included
HubSpot: Focus on empathy and diversity and inclusion
First Advantage: I was very proud to work for First Advantage until Covid, the vaccine mandate. I am not able to refer any friends for job opportunities because of it.
HubSpot: They are willing to listen to feedback
HubSpot: Transparency, interest in getting along, high-performing
HubSpot: I have such an amazing experience with HubSpot, I love working here. The salary and lack of Bonus are the main point that makes me consider moving to another company as a Senior.
First Advantage: i learned a lot here compare to other companies. FADV given me opportunity to learn new things.
HubSpot: Focus on culture, people and the success of all as a team. Here people can actually be people!
HubSpot: Above market salary, plus generous equity package.
HubSpot: I have been loving working at HubSpot. Not only have I found the work to be invigorating and challenging, I am also floored by the resources I have available to me. I have grown so much professionally while also maintaining a health balance of my personal development. I feel so lucky.
Juhayna Food Industries: Quality, variety of products, flavor
RingCentral: I have loved every second I have been with the company. This has been the best workplace I have been a part of.
RingCentral: I've had a very negative experience here. The pay is abysmal, I've been told multiple times that if I don't think my pay is comparable in the Bay Area, I should move. That's unacceptable for a Bay Area based company. Also mass layoffs of the HR department without any notice or succession planning
HubSpot: Lot of communication, seem to have a strong vision
HubSpot: Stock options, competitive salary, bonuses
HubSpot: wellness activities, communication, kindness, availability
HubSpot: The base pay seems fair
HubSpot: Transparency about product mission and culture code
HubSpot: Really feel valued and supported and have plenty of room to grow.
HubSpot: their empathy- first sales job I haven't felt like "just a number"
Lockton Companies: How people help you learn and grow
HubSpot: We were told that we would be re-anchored to New York, but we were binned to the lowest level, not moved to where we should be with the new anchor. That isn't a re-anchoring. It doesn't acknowledge all the work we put in before the re-anchoring.
HubSpot: Inclusive, Collaborative, Friendly co-workers, Always ready to help
First Advantage: Being fairly new, I have been gradually brought into the fold of the department and work load which I so appreciate the ability to ask questions, learn & contribute each day.
HubSpot: Lots of potential, but tenured employees are miserable (myself included). Despite being a true SME in my role and having knowledge / skill that nobody else on my team has, my career is at a stand-still. The only way to change that is to stop DOING great work and start MARKETING it. No thanks.
RingCentral: Understanding, Communication, Work approach, Support
HubSpot: My consistent salary increases based on merit.
HubSpot: I love how transparent our compensation packages are.

HubSpot: They are super supportive and push you just the right amount in order to help you grow and develop
HubSpot: they lead with transparency, authenticity, and integrity

RingCentral: This is unquestionably one of the best places to work. Leadership and staff have excellent communication. We get a lot of support as employees, and it genuinely feels like leadership wants us to succeed on both a personal and professional level.
RingCentral: My 1st year working with RingCentral has been fantastic. It's a great work environment where I feel valued and cared.
Consilio: Experience started rocky, causing massive disruption and departures. We are however are surrounded by great colleagues. I am optimistic the transition will continue to smooth out as the integration proceeds. Despite the extremely tough hurdles, the people are great, which is invaluable.

RingCentral: Lots of opportunities for growth

Cricket Wireless: I made a payment to cricket the same way I have done for 5 years and my account was suspended because they say they never received it. I have all the information showing it was paid and they told me I have to pay it again and all fees. I was told told 3 way call my bank with them and hung up on

First Advantage: My experience with CSS and First Advantage has been fantastic, I am very proud to be a part of this team.
RingCentral: It has been great working at RingCentral so far.
Follett Corporation: I work at a top 5 University. Management is horrible with 0 support. It reminds me of high school with how much gossiping and talking behind backs is done. Truly sickening... 90% of upper management has checked out completely.. After doing this so long they are burnt out. Would not recommend company
RingCentral: I have loved my first year at RingCentral. I love the positive work environment they try to always create, and are all ears when it comes to having a say!
RingCentral: What makes me the most happy at work is not only the line of work I enjoy doing, but also the people I work with.
First Advantage: Not much presented for personal growth. Manager is not encouraging to learn more and career growth.
LexisNexis Risk Solutions: Generally benevolent place to work. Interesting technology. Opportunity to learn and grow.
RingCentral: Thus far, it's been great but I'm concerned how the current crappy the economy will negatively impact our industry AND the added pressure Teams will have as well.
First Advantage: Great company, but depends on your direct mgmt team which can make the overall experience less than what it would be if we had a professional & supportive mgmt team. Our dept puts high value on monthly KPI's which are in a sense unrealistic & causes employees to leave. Time to revamp several depts.
RingCentral: There is no such thing as perfect company, but I believe that I am with one of the best companies in the country. I have learned so much and earned so much. RingCentral: Honest. Independent. Honest. Motivated. Open to feedback. Organized. Reliable. Team-oriented. Transparent.
First Advantage: My Overall experience at the company is : Moderate, not good nor bad. Imp - IJP is bad the rounds clearly do not relate to the Requirements 1) the assessment does not guage the worthiness and 2) the PI rounds is where I see AM's and HR's laughing if a mistake is made, trying to show they are smart

They are now not providing care to our children for a requested am session. My child has been left unattended multiple times.
First Advantage: I love that I can do what I do from where I do it.

RingCentral: My overall experience with the company has been great so far. I was moved into a new role just after over a year with the company.
Electronic Arts (EA): It's a good company to work for, I would like that upper management would give more attention to small individuals in the company because they also buy/use the products and they have feedback similar to a regular custumer
