Very good, I would be glad to recommend to friends to work here. I feel there is low hanging fruit at TMX and I feel LNRS is big corporate but still has a healthy culture.

They are "open" to ideas. I think we can do more, but I have been able to approach them and offer ideas. This is key to growth and why I am staying here.

Percepio! Most definitely the internal learning resources. I believe Percepio is linked with Skillsoft. As ex bookstore we had A cloud Guru, Cloud Academy, Lynda and others. Now I would like us to engage Lynda and either one of the two above but Skillsoft is fantastic.
