Honestly, the pay is what appealed to me to come to RingCentral and is probably the best motivator for me to stay and grow my career here.

That we're from all over the country, and sometimes from all over the world, but it still feels like I have friends and community right at my home office.

I admire my direct management the most. RingCentral is in chaos right now with the mass amount of sweeping changed and getting acclimated to being a corporate leader, so seeing my manager navigate all the changes and still support us is inspiring.

Things are a bit chaotic right now and there is a lot of inefficiencies in how we work, but I know that people are working to improve that. It's just hard not to dread the frustration of navigating broken resources, draconian escalation policies, and knowledge bases that are impossible to search.
