AMC Theaters: Actually dealing with issues rather than yelling at an employee across the lobby to handle it, causing a scene in front of the customers.

Command Alkon: Overall, Command Alkon has amazing employees. Command Alkon does not have a clear vision of itself, goals, and/or values. Leadership does not communicate with the entire organization. Also, to get ideas and new processes approved or moved along takes an act of congress to get done.

Golden Hippo: Direct response marketing can be scary to people not familiar with marketing or business, but they are welcoming and eager to bring you up to speed. They will help you find your best skills to benefit the company, but skills that can be taken anywhere. Challenging, but rewarding and fun.
Golden Hippo: Great benefits/ perks and coworkers are nice but unless you're in a data position, the company doesn't care about your team nor will they recognize all the work you've done. Creatives are undervalued. The leadership team is not in tune with the times and fails to move progressively forward.

Phenom: The product is exceptional and there is good vision for the idea behind the company. There has been growth without solidifying the foundation to make the experience for employees and customers more comfortable through the growth. There is a lot of catch up needed to solidify company operations.
Golden Hippo: I love working at GH and not only because of the position or the salary, but also because of the fact I was able to make good friends with some of them, collaborate with them, and then produce amazing results.
Golden Hippo: Excellent! Again, I love the open kitchen. It's my #1 favorite thing about working there.
Phenom: The product is world class, but that is because all of the company's focus is on the product and not the business, people or clients. Culture is good small perks, but did items like compensation are ignored. Most people are enjoyable to work with and care about each other.
Golden Hippo: My overall experience has been great!! I have never worked for a company that provides so much for its employees, from health to every day well-being.

Phenom: It is literally the best job I have ever had.
Phenom: My short 6 months with the company has been a blur in the best sense. We work hard, support each other and have a great time doing big things.
Odessa: It has definitely been a fast pace to learn an entire new system; however, the expectation has been realistic about initial retention vs. repetition needed to sink in the value. But since before being hired you could see the company investment in its employees is not overshadowed by the product dev.
Phenom: It's been an interesting experience because I began just before the pandemic introduced a few new challenges. Overall, I'm having a positive experience. It's challenging work, but that is what I signed up for, and I always feel our CEO has our team's best interests in mind.
Phenom: I never thought I would find a 2nd great company to work for. Phenom has been welcoming and supportive since my 1st day. I am able to talk to my manager about anything and feel supported in my role. I come to work smiling everyday.

Phenom: I think our work quality would greatly improve if we just "slow-down" some. Our quantity of work demands that most tasks are at least slightly rushed, leaving little time for thorough QA or documentation. As a result, we often miss avoidable bugs and customer details are not clearly noted.
Phenom: I have worked with many companies - this easily has the best team and leaders you can look up to as mentors and examples of how to be in business and in life.
Phenom: Every aspect of the company has been very satisfying and many times delightfully surprising. The hit the mark on the hiring process, onboarding and employee experience.
