I felt that I was paid fairly before inflation. Without overtime, my compensation is not enough to cover my expenses anymore.

The leadership team makes an effort to connect with the employees and implement team-building activities. They care about our overall well-being, past just our performance.

Connecting with each of my students and being part of their journey all the way to graduation. I love when I can call and give them the final congratulations.

I love that everyone is ready to assist each other with calls and responsibilities. I know I have a whole team of individuals I can go to for support, both professional and personal.

I love that our department and manager meetings includes team-building activities or professional development time. Activities such as music bingo, journaling, and a walk outside have always been refreshing and a boost to my day.
