There is a level of autonomy that allows me to develop my team as I feel they need. I have found they are responding best to #transformative rather than #driven. Remote first employees struggle with work/life balance. We need to coach people on how to support their self-care first!

Autonomy to coach my team the way I want... We talk about gratitude, the art of being curious, philosophy, etc... make them feel like they are being seen ... as a person, they feel better about being here... and have made the choice to "show up" both individually and as a team. They thrive together!
Perché ti senti sottovalutato e che cosa ti farebbe sentire meglio con il tuo compenso?
Compensation is at the mid to low end of the scale. They use the Dept of Edu as an excuse for the way we are compensated i.e. no bonuses. They tell the front line one thing... (hiring freeze) and put us in a situation of front line burn out... then the CEO said there was no hiring freeze.
