Extremely toxic culture. Does not care about customer or employee safety. They told us to "get over" someone committing time fraud. Higher ups do not care about any part of the mission statement or proposed values of the company - as long as they are making money, they don't care.

Coworkers need to learn how to properly work with others instead of trying to find ways to get out of work. Coworkers should be reliable instead of flaky. Coworkers focused on drama and gossip instead of minding their own business and doing their work.

Company needs to care about employees - like taking their safety and wellbeing seriously. Complaints should actually be investigated rather than the company saying you are trying to create drama. There should be consequences for bad actions. Customers should not be able to get away with abuse.
