Mangers and assistant mangers don't have a set salary, its all negotiable. Regular employees don't get yearly raises, or compensation for minimum wages going up.

Company cannot hire any decent staff because company is going downhill fast. Bottom is fast food rejects, managers are Publix rejects. Upper management is very green, no real grocery experience.
