What makes you most happy at work?one of my co-workers,only 1
What do you like best about the leadership team?for the most part they are very helpful and friendly about training you.
What is the best part about your compensation package?Honestly I don't know if I have one. Because she hired me and then just practically left me to figure things out on my own and that's not how a general manager is supposed to do. She literally is one of the worst managers I've ever seen in my life!!!
What would you improve about your company's interview process? To actually have the right person interviewing people.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I've been working at Save a Lot for well over a year making the same wage while another employee that was just hired got a raise after working at the same place for 4-6 months and come to find out they just happened to be related to the boss
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Communication and the management team
