Communication and the management team
Being fair and more productive.
Everything that they do at work.
i have never seen a raise in the entire 4 years of my employment with save a lot and wasnt even aloud to use any of my 70+ hours pto because there was no one else do my job if were to take anytime off so now im on verge of contacting a lawyer to take legal action

I've been working at Save a Lot for well over a year making the same wage while another employee that was just hired got a raise after working at the same place for 4-6 months and come to find out they just happened to be related to the boss

Coworkers need to learn how to properly work with others instead of trying to find ways to get out of work. Coworkers should be reliable instead of flaky. Coworkers focused on drama and gossip instead of minding their own business and doing their work.

Company needs to care about employees - like taking their safety and wellbeing seriously. Complaints should actually be investigated rather than the company saying you are trying to create drama. There should be consequences for bad actions. Customers should not be able to get away with abuse.

Pay and benifits are dismal and way below poverty level. Up them!
