What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
If we had meetings maybe.
Coworkers need to learn how to properly work with others instead of trying to find ways to get out of work. Coworkers should be reliable instead of flaky. Coworkers focused on drama and gossip instead of minding their own business and doing their work.

I have coworkers who will go eat candy bats and leave their empty wrappers at my register to try and get me in trouble. This has happened at least a half dozen times
Teamwork makes the dream work
Coworkers arent paid enough. So why would they be excited about going to a job that doesn't value them?
My coworkers didn't talk to me. I could look at some of them and say hello and they would look at me and ignore me. I worked with kids, no respect.
Everybody need to do there work
The company needs to replace colleagues that have left or fired. Instead, leadership would make current employees work several jobs/hours
