When store manager is not there , everyone is more relaxed
This is a best help me to work at it
Some of my co-workers are nice, but the new store manager is pushing everyone out.
A few of us get along real well and we work our butts off sometimes I can't even walk when I get home my feet be burning so bad.
When you meet people at register and talk

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Company needs to care about employees - like taking their safety and wellbeing seriously. Complaints should actually be investigated rather than the company saying you are trying to create drama. There should be consequences for bad actions. Customers should not be able to get away with abuse.
