What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The manger besides Jim bit better management team

Prices and food quality could improve.

New leadership! Pay table needs to be reviewed. Morale of the employees are terrible.

Change procedures and proctor; been most opening in emplyee matter when is times needed, no just based on seniority.
