Retail Leader Internship Program

This 10-week paid internship gives you VIP access to the inner workings of our nationwide success story as you work with key players on our management team. You’ll get up close and personal with the challenges and rewards of our fast-paced industry thanks to in-depth training in store management and operations, product procurement and merchandising, distribution operations, market analysis and store design. You’ll be trained to analyze business, sales and inventory trends. To prove you know your stuff, you’ll also be required to complete a business analysis project based on what you’ve learned.

Distribution Internship Program

Our distribution centers are the core of our operation. They’re the reason we successfully provide quality affordable products to four million customers a day across the country. This 10-week paid internship will show you how the heart of our company operates. Intensive hands-on training will give you experience in shipping and receiving, auditing, inventory control, quality assurance and more. You’ll learn from a senior-level mentor and interact with subject-matter experts and our management team. You’ll have the chance to strut your stuff with a business analysis project based on the real-life challenges you’ll experience during the program.
