I've been here for many years and love it.
Culture has gone downhill and leadership seems to ignore it. The CEO is the #1 reason for this. The company is suffering because of it. Many are underpaid and undervalued, while other non-deserving team members seemed to be valued. Never understood that. I don't see the CEO changing.
Their knowledge and expertise. Very approachable.
Invested in the success of the company.
Most seem to care about one another.
Many people are involved in the process.
Laid back, very comfortable and flexible.
No micromanaging and flexibility to arrive earlier/leave earlier.
3 weeks of paid vacation.
Yearly performance bonus and vacation/PTO.
Genuine, hardworking and take initiative.
Flexibility with schedule and hours.
Coworkers, leadership, compensation, insurance, flexibility
Their flexibility with my schedule.
Reliability, loyalty, honesty, great work ethic! Overall good humans!
Thorough. But it's been quite a few years now.
We have the right team on board with many long tenured ones.
We have many I consider to be experts in their line of work.
We truly do have the best leadership team! They continue to move us forward in the right direction.
Have been underpaid and continue to be. Pay me what I'm worth and that would certainly make me feel better.
The people I work directly with. Amazing Team Members! They are truly great people and want Sport Clips to succeed.
The overall value of the package is great. Salary combined with performance bonus, anniversary pay, vacation time, 401K match and health benefits is probably hard to match.
The Leadership Team is very experienced and have the ability to bring a lot to the table in terms of helping the company grow and be successful in most areas.
The CEO of the company is one of the worst Leaders a company could have. He's smart, intelligent, etc. and has the ability to lead the company, but does it in such a poor way. He mistreats people. Emotionally abuses people would be more accurate. Most TMs are afraid to speak up in front of him.
