SM has built an amazing culture where people around you are there to help - the people here keep me here. I love that as a feedback company we have a healthy feedback loop going at all times.

Perché ti senti sottovalutato e che cosa ti farebbe sentire meglio con il tuo compenso?

A lot of the perks have fallen behind now that the pandemic hit.Our compensation/pay is not competitive. Most depts are underresourced (since before the pandemic) and it shows - employees regularly put in OT but don't get compensated as instead it's implied that time mgmt is instead the issue.
