No one is playing politics, everyone seems to genuinely be kind, helpful.
Working on meaningful projects and being recognized for my skills/a job well done.
I appreciate their transparency and empathy, that they recognize their global team is made up of humans, not cogs.
I believe my compensation should be higher, based on market value. However, I also believe that my manager is advocating for me and helping to get me on the right track. While I would love to have a higher salary, his support is truly valuable and I am willing to put in more time/work to get there.
