Overall I have had a very good experience, but after working in now my third team, the positivity, self-determination and confidence only came with my current setup. In my previous roles, I had managers who made me feel uncomfortable to work for. They were some of the worst managers I've ever had.

The leadership is incredibly diverse representing us in all ethnicities, backgrounds.... I feel represented when I look up!

We're highly collaborative.. if ever I have a question, I know I can hit up the Slack channel and get plenty of opinions in problem-solving.

I love the flexibility of my work. It's why I stay. I also know my work is going to important causes, and that I'm helping my clients work more efficiently, and connect more meaningfully with their audiences.

After discussion with my colleagues and knowing my market, I know that my pay is lower, and that salaries are unfairly disbursed. Colleagues talk. Also, during covid,company benefits like transportation, and food (represented about $350/month for me), evaporated. Dozens of people have left.

We're all human with each other, we're encouraged to connect, and have personal conversations as well as be there for each other as friends. I love knowing that if I have a question or get stuck, someone on my team (and not just my 'allies'), will be there to support me.

Zander is by far the best leader / CEO I have worked with, and I've worked with dozens, and personally reported to dozens, and I can speak with full confidence that I know he cares about our company's health, our employee health, and that we're all here to do our best work.

I love that we have DIIG (Diversity & Inclusion Groups) where I feel a part of something bigger than just my team. I have an invisible disability and the company barely supported me through it, I almost lost my job last year. Even the emotional resource in the DIIG, I don't feel alone anymore.
