Communication. Supporting each individual employee, rather than treating them like an assembly line. The systems and processes are such a mess. So many meetings with so few resolutions.

The pay here is lower that I've been offered everywhere else. Recruiters and management sell hard on "accelerators" for commission, but fail to acknowledge that quota is very hard to hit, given the set up of the org.
