
Horrible with Current India IT Non-Technical management
Company was good but now the culture has been changed, we have raised our concern about toxic work environment in IT India under Jayati Ghosh leadership multiple times to HR and IT Head.We did provide feedback through surveys but in vain. Sometimes we feel that all these surveys are just an eye wash

Mutual understanding and supports during the work.
Cooperation and help to resolve the issues.
Employee friendly and work life balance.
Privacy and working environment at office.
Collaboration, communication and interaction from the top management.
Interaction with Colleague and team members.
Company Culture and value. Friendly and Supportive environment.
IT Management is not fair in India , Needs to change.
Leadership team should not be biased. Hardwork done by anyone should be recognized.

Synopsys is a very good company, but the current India IT management is worse I have ever seen.
Earlier All team members are living like family member and friends but new management creating nuisance between everyone and play "Divide & rule" between team members.
Friends & Colleague are getting higher compensation in different companies what Synopsys offered me. It's underpaid as per the market standards. Hardwork is not recognized and not being valued and compensate accordingly.
My Career growth is impacted by managers changes in every 3-6 months which impact my career. India IT top management is completely biased and incapable in managing the team. She intentionally holds my promotion and promoted other people whom she likes.
Company Culture is nice but India IT culture is worse because our leader (Jayati Ghosh). She is biased and not recognized the work of deserving people. All benefits are given to near and dear ones only who is not being part of that project or work.
ask them to treat employee as human being and everyone have family. Be neutral for all employee and don't create toxic work environment. Everyone working for Synopsys to grow but current management looking for his own growth and also want to grow their near and dears one.
I am working for Synopsys from last 4.5 years without promotion or good hike after contributing to multiple projects/Migration and consolidation of datacenters. My work was not recognized and valued by my previous managers. If I talked about my growth, she simply said I am not aware of about work.
