I started my career in Synopsys and still continuing as I love the work that I do here. I have always been appreciated for my contributions, I would say this is more on the verbal side than on the compensation side, but even the verbal appreciation has a huge positive impact on me. We have some peers who are here with us from long time and who knows in and out of the IP. Their knowledge is an immense treasure. Even though the immediate reporting management is not up to the mark, we have very good high level management team of people, who values work and effort.
