Synopsys Inc – Job leveling is a failed concept which has been implemented, this makes many of us spend 3 to 4 years more in the same title, and not get the title we deserve. This is not something which I consider motivating in any which way. Seems like raising your voice about this is not helping either.

I like the way we are transforming, looking forward to it. Initially I always felt communication lacked in team meetings. WE are not informed about what's happening amongst our teams, this could stop our thinking and exposure. But feels like things are changing now!

I have been satisfied with the work I get to do and the contribution it makes to the company. I hope to see things continue to improve though, with an onset of new leadership at key positions in the company (from when I originally joined)
