
compensation need to be risen to at least as good as market average, work environment tools need to start working, any kind of feedback loop other that performative top-down declaration that everything is as needs be would have been great
we know that the compensation is below market average and multiple sites have heard rumors that only significant amount of people leaving would make a difference - that is terribly demoralizing considering the dissonance with celebrating a record year several years in a row.
I have a very good impression regarding the work standards of my peers. Only thing I think would enable us to improve is formalization of information regarding action items in our projects. Too much depends on chaotic spontaneous non-traceable conversations in an office corridor.
