While I do enjoy my job and company culture, TKWW should really take time to understand the work it's employees do. Many job descriptions need to be changed to accurately reflect the work employees are being ask to do, as well as be fairly compensated for those new titles and descriptions.

We need more team building activities. I feel virtually, there is no real connection between co-workes that fosters relationships and it is all work between our team.

I feel under valued due to being passed up for opportunities to move further in my career for new hires instead of leadership promoting and training from within. Additionally, I feel as though my compensation does not accurately reflect market value.
