Everyone is very willing to help out
We all celebrate each others wins in sales. And work-life balance is actually practiced.
All of the additional benefits asides from basic health care (like mental health or family planning).
There's frequently chances to hear from upper level executives (like during quarterly updates). And upper level management in my department makes the rounds to get connected with teams periodically.
There are a lot of offerings that I haven't received before- like the mental health app, and I remember there are other services you an opt into (legal help, or family planning help).
It's very easy to reach out to my manager and director. They give me a lot of support with the customers I'm working with and are very hands on to help me succeed.
Great work/life balance and understanding. Also, there are constant sales incentives that are based on things rather than just top sales. It's motivating to know that even if it's outside of my control to close a sale, I can be rewarded for the daily hustle.
Everyone is eager to help out a coworker. And we all celebrate each other's wins & share a very positive outlook. Sometime ppl who have been with a company for a few years can be a little bit more negative about things, but ppl here stay positive even about pain points they have.
The support I get from my managers to do a good job. Also, that we have fun and celebrate throughout the day. And the small weekly competitions we do, even if you didn't have amazing sales, you can still win a little for doing your job and pushing through to connect with customers.
