They are so supportive. Always super responsive whenever I have a question. They are also super supportive of my wins as well as encouraging when things are not going so well...

The fact that I am still paid a base salary so I am not as stressed and anxious when my sale doesn't come through. My hard work is not JUST reflective in the commission.

I like that everything is transparent & expectations of my role within the entire organization is clear. They are doing a great job especially given the fact that they have to manage their employees on a remote basis.
