This company was amazing when I first started working for The Knot. That all changed with the merger into WeddingWire. The company ran more like WW. Now people are scared for their jobs, quotas and profits are all that's cared about, and workers are forgotten. Pay and morale are at an all time low.

We are a work from home hybrid that also allows us to be fully work from home if we choose. I believe this was a major leap in being a better company environment.

My team has been through the gamut of changes within our system and are very knowledgeable about our system as well. I know I can always count on them for help. However, the reps we work with, do not feel trained enough to complete regular tasks they are assigned. Too many repeat explanations needed

Increasing pay throughout the company but definitely for those offices that are not their own. Cost of living is up, our profits are up, our pay should be going up as well. They also just suddenly let everyone know that people are no longer apart of the company without giving a reason. Hard to trust

The pay at this company is not up to standards for the work we do and knowledge we have. There is also the fact that we just rolled out with a new system that was not complete and reps were poorly trained on it as well as the fact that most permissions were taken away from the Operations team too.
