We are a family and we try to keep each other from exploding due to the high demands we are put under from executives.
We are close nit, we respect each other, we are all willing to step in and help out when others are struggling. We also take the time to celebrate life events and be a family.
We have had a huge amount of turnover and loss of staff who were phenomenal because they were pushed too far and underpaid significantly. It would be improved if executives would care about employees as people and see their worth and pay them accordingly.
They only care about sales and don't seem to care at all about those of us that actually make the products work. They project themselves as this great place to work yet they majorly overwork employees to the point of burn out, they don't give promotions to those that deserve it, and they pay low.
For the level of experience I have and the years to prove it, I have been passed up for raises that my manager has tried so hard to approve. If it costs them money they don't care. They are happy to push people to burning out so then they can hire someone else for less money.
