I think the company has continually evolved to become better, but still has areas for improvement. Great strides in being relevant in market for new talent, but need to continue efforts for keeping top talent (benefits, salaries, training). If they continue their strides will get there.

Perché ti senti sottovalutato e che cosa ti farebbe sentire meglio con il tuo compenso?
I have ~15 years of service w/ historically little growth opportunities due to location. UL does not offer a COLA so with COL and little growth, new hires are making as much as long term employees. Being exempt, I put in ~50 hrs per week so feel I am losing $ and feel the focus is new vs retention
