Disappointing, staff and doctors are treated only as numbers on a corporate spreadsheet with lip service to culture and poor management. Morale is terrible.

Workload is WAY too high for the way the current system and support staffing levels. Roadblocks everywhere, corporate implementations without site specific solutions, corners are cut, clients are rushed, management valued much more than doctors.
